Catlin Fleet Claims Handler app for iPhone and iPad

This App has been created to provide Catlin Policyholders with a fast and effective way to report accidents quickly and efficiently ensuring that no important information is missed or forgotten. The App guides you through everything you need to do and will ensure your Insurer obtains everything needed to deal with your claim quickly and efficiently.

The App will also enable you to report other possibilities such as the theft of your vehicle and damage by fire, flood or vandalism.

With the App you can:-

Locate and record the exact location of the accident using your phones in built GPS system
Record the time and date the accident occurred
Record the speed you were travelling and include a full account of precisely what happened
Take photos of the accident
Obtain full details of any other parties involved in the accident
Obtain full details of any parties who may have witnessed the accident
Specify who you consider to be to blame for the accident

Using the App you can either contact your Insurer directly for assistance or record all the above information relating to the accident yourself securely and submit it to your Insurer to begin the claims process.

You need to be a Catlin policyholder residing and driving in the UK to use the App and it should only be downloaded in conjunction with the purchase of your new Catlin Motor Policy. You will receive instructions on how to download the App as part of your application.

The App is based on current UK law and regulations.
